Cancel anytime

Cancel via the account portal or by emailing support@linus-ai.com. No cancellation fee. No questions asked.

Effective end of period

Your access and all license rights remain active through the last day of your current paid annual period. We do not cut off access early.

No partial refunds

Fees are non-refundable for the current period once it begins. Unused time is not credited or refunded.

Renewal reminder

We email you at least 14 days before each annual renewal so you can cancel before the next charge if you choose not to continue.

EU & UK customers: If you are purchasing as a consumer (not for business purposes) you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This right is waived when you request and receive immediate access to the software or license key — by completing your purchase you acknowledge that service delivery has begun and consent to waive the withdrawal right. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under the law of your jurisdiction. Enterprise purchases made for business purposes are B2B transactions and consumer withdrawal rights do not apply.  ·  Australia: This policy does not exclude any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law where those rights cannot be excluded.  ·  All other jurisdictions: Where local mandatory law provides consumer rights that cannot be contractually waived, those rights are preserved.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if I cancel mid-year?

Nothing changes until your paid period ends. You keep full access — all seats, all features — until the last day you have paid for. After that the license expires and you must stop using LINUS-AI or renew.

Do I need the internet to run LINUS-AI?

No. The binary is fully self-contained. License validation can be done offline with our air-gap key option. Contact us if you need fully disconnected operation.

How many machines can I deploy on?

Unlimited. Enterprise covers all machines operated by your organization. Deploy on developer laptops, build servers, inference nodes, and edge devices under a single key.

Can I embed LINUS-AI in products I ship to customers?

Enterprise includes OEM rights for up to 3 internal products. Enterprise Plus extends this to unlimited products with full white-labeling. Contact us for SaaS or multi-tenant redistribution.

Is source code included?

Enterprise covers compiled binaries and internal source access for up to 20 engineers under the commercial license terms. Source escrow is available to Enterprise Plus customers on request.

What payment methods are accepted?

Credit cards and PayPal via the checkout above. For invoiced ACH, wire transfer, or purchase order, email support@linus-ai.com.

Do subsidiaries need separate licenses?

No. Enterprise covers all employees and contractors within your legal entity and its wholly-owned subsidiaries under one key.

What is the 99% SLA for?

The license validation endpoint at linus-ai.com. Only relevant for online license checks — air-gap deployments do not rely on the endpoint at all.
